June 2025 MONTHLY MEETING; Monday 9th June

The Monthly General Meeting, due to be held on Monday 9th June, will be held "in person" at the Stanborough Centre (SC) 609 St Albans Road, Watford, WD25 9JL with a Zoom feed available for those who do not wish to attend large group meetings and with a safely spaced additional room for those who do wish to attend but not be closely seated.

This meeting also includes the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of South West Herts u3a.

Members setting up Interest Group "stalls" in the Stanborough Centre will be given early access.

Then the general membership will be "scanned in" from 09:15.

There will be the normal “business” announcements from 10:00 until 10:30 a.m.

After the “business” announcements the AGM will take place.

The agenda has been available on the SWHu3a web-site and has been published in the May Newsletter insert. The AGM is planned to end at 12:40 p.m.

Following the AGM there will be a talk on "AGM and Coffee From Tree to Cup" by Colin Smith and the traditional Strawberries and Cream.

The meeting will end at approx. 12:00.
